Guys this is my first post but I have been reading a lot. I have MicroCall call accountting software. I had this setup on a PC and it was running fine until last week. The PC is dead so I thought no big deal I will setup on a new PC. So I reinstalled MicroCall but I can not get the data collection to work I'm using the recommended setting from the help file for the IP setting 10.22.161.1 port 1752. When I look in the MicroCall error log I get TCP/IP Server 10.22.161.1:1752 Connection Refused. Is there some place on the SX-200ICP I can look to see if the port is set to 1752 or something else. I know this thing works I just need to figure out the correct setting.

Start with Form 34. That should give you the info you need to look for the IP setting. If you don't know where it is, you need to contact a Mitel certified tech. Messing around in the forms (Deep Progamming) can get you, and/or the system, in serious trouble! frown

To my knowledge port 1752 is for the 3300ICP not the 200ICP. Ports 61320 - 61328 are the data ports for the 200ICP if you can't connect to the printer port for the SMDR.
