Hi there:

First off, I love Google as it is why I am here. Secondly, can anyone help me find a way to change the name on my LCD? I have some bogus directions from our secretary that says to "dial 800" and then enter the numeric numbers to get the letters....

BONUS question- how do I check our system for voice mail size i.e. we have one mailbox but I think we can have more than one and would like to set it up.

ok depending on the version you may not be able to enter in an extension number after "call1 800" Newer versions will allow the changing of another extension, older restricted it to just that extension.

Bonus question doesn't make sense. What type of Voicemail system do you have. When you say 1 mailbox I am thinking that it may be a telephone company provide box as opposed to an actual voice mail system.
