I have installed a Compact 6/16 and all is working fine.
I have plugged in a StarTalk Mini (2 port) but when I dial Feature 981,2 or 3 I get Inactive feature.
Is there something I have overlooked maybe or should I do something else to initialise it.

you have to initialize the voice mail and feature codes.
