I have a CICS 6.1 with a flash 2 (2.0) and today a bunch of users hit their voicemail key and the display said "Flash Busy" and none of the 6 outside line keys would let you dial out. You would not get any dialtone. 2 minutes later all was well, I did not do anything to teh system.
Any ideas what this was or what happened. SHould we be worried?

Does the flash answer on AA after 0 rings? Were the users trying to access the flash at the same time?

the flash answers after 4 rings, but when placed into NiGHT Service, the flash picks up during the first ring. None of the lines were in use during this strange episode.
