Is there a phone that will connect to a norstar system that has speakerphone and handset at the same time. I don't think there is, but I thought I would ask the pros first.

If you just want a group of people to be able to hear both sides of a call, you can use the "group listen" feature. The speaker phone mic is not on when using this feature.
