I have managed to narrow down the problem, which is : This is on the NAM 4.0 voice mail system: When the caller reaches a mailbox greeting , they need to be able to press the * key and reach another mailbox. Also , when the mailbox user activates his ALT greeting, he was able to select whether to send callers to leave message directly. This option doesnt show up now. IS it a version difference or a setting issue? Any help...Thanks,
