I have a cst. w/ a MICS 5.0, 1 line card, At times all the lines lite up and no one is on phone, this started a few wks ago and is happening more often now, the lines will stay lit for 30-45 mins at a time, when i was there, lines 2&4 were lit and no one was on phone, when i hit lines it just said in use, didnt say by who, Recpt. says she has hit lines when they are all lit and nothing, not even in use. I did not have a line card to swap out.
Has anyone had this problem and know what it is? is it a line card or MB?
