Profile updated. Also, our MICS is already installed with a full pRI and the client is scaling back to 10 channels. We tried the programming and the outbound call set up failed in that we could not get the outcalling to hunt only the first 10 channels. Is it possible that we have to perform a system reset, system reinitialize in order for this programming to take effect? Thanks,
