Customer has a MICS 7.0. One set, model T7316E has date/time display and all buttons light up like they shsould. Lines that are programmed to appear only do show flashing indicators with incoming calls. If another set calls this particular set via intercom, it rings and can be answered ok. But, none of the buttons function. I can't do a button inquiry, nothing happens when pressing any button. Can't even use the speakerphone.

Has anyone had any luck with any repairs on your own for something like this? Or should I just send it in for repair, or replace it?
