Hey folks;
Have a customer with a CallPilot 150 (v2.0) behind a CICS. I was called in to make some changes to his AA greeting tables & a couple of mailboxes. His system admin password wouldn't let me in via F983 so he used his Norstar Manager to reset the system admin password. The change let me in to do what I needed but he is no longer able to log into the Norstar Manager. We have tried all of the obvious choices of passwords & still can't get in.

As I have never used the software I am at a loss to tell him how to fix it. Any ideas or help from you would be greatly appreciated.
