Norstar Manager is for NAM's.
The only way to login to a CP is via Telset, Browser or Telnet.
I think it's Setup & Operation Guide that has reset procedure no? it's on the CD.
Also when you logging from a Telset you are using the Manager mailbox and password, when logging via the browser it is only the password needed.
