I am assuming that you did NOT want the ext to stay with the phones.
Move them back to where they were. Verify the ext #'s are back correctly. Then disable the SET RELOCATION option.
If you don't know how or can't get into programming, then contact a local Norstar Tech to help you out.
Then you can switch the phones without the ext moving. They are the same model phone? - Right?
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
