vad60 Member Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 2,473 new york, new jersey	You have to program all lines to Appear & Ring in order to see CID. Secondly you must have CI trunk card for that. Thirdly, you have to allow CID on each ext. in Telco Features and answer only after second ring.
