Have a customer that has caller id on their Mics. The information currently shows the number of incoming callers. They would like it to display the Name on incoming calls and not the number in the display. Where do I change it to name first and can I set this on a per line basis(some lines show number first, some lines show name first)? Thanks

It's by SET, not by LINE.
Look under Terminals & sets.
