I have panasonic kxd 1232, is it possible to set up a secondary ext on a phone. So that a voicemail greeting can say, for tech support dial 1, and it rings this button and the customer knows that it is someone looking for tech support.? any ideas thanks

if too old for phantoms, use single line ext and loop into co line or have ring a special bell ochime and use a pickup key or code to answer.
