Kmtech, I would hope that all 25 pair of that cable is terminated, (punched) to a M66 block or maybe a 110 type. For the last 4 extensions off the KX-TD 170 card (Exts. 113, 114, 115 & 116) you would be concerned with black/green & black/brown for 113 yellow/blue & yellow/orange for 114, yellow/brown & yellow/slate for 115 and vilot/orange & vilot/green for 116. The digital stations really only use 1 pair but it is the 2nd pair in the jack and the line cord. I suggest connecting both pair as the 1st pair of each station is the T-R and supports the analog side of the station should you choose to use the XDP or parallel connect or even an analog PITS set.
