Thanks for the profile update Andrew. as for the TVP100E, Maybe. The Euro units have slightly different programming and features then the US versions. I'm thinking it may be possible if the auto attendant answers all calls and then rings the pilot number for your hunt group, if not answered in a specified time the A/A should pull the call back and redirect it. I think our friend Peter Doyle could shed more light on this as he is experienced with those units. I'll PM him. MrG
