I tried Bill's idea with the Fso(outgoing)end and the tones 'sounded' fine. This is confirmed in that we have not had a problem with any other location. I also listen to the Fn 808 long tones. The long tones are generated as long as you hold the button down. Using the long tones did not seem to have any effect on the problem. Tony, are you talking about changing tone lengths on the Den. Telrad receiving end? The tech on that end said he couldn't do any more. Said we had to extend on our(Nortel Norstar) end which I am told cna't be done. I would think the long tone should work if this is a duration problem.
