We're a community newspaper with 3 offices using Telrad equipment.
Our Vendor has lost all of their experienced technicians. Now they can no longer support us. And what's more, we have a problem.
I've figured out a lot of the basics to our system, but I'm stuck on something.
Keep in mind that I'm not a phone tech, just an IT manager...
I believe one port on our system has gone out. I tried to move the phone line to another port but I get an error when I try to move the phone extension in the software configuration. The error is something to the effect that there isn't enough power. I don't believe this is correct as I'm not adding more, just moving existing...
I know it's a little vague. I'm hoping to find someone in the area who might have the interest in a service contract with us.
thanks, bb
