I have recently accepted a position with a small company that runs a toshiba 424i system. i am not very familiar with the overall operation of these systems. i was brought up on avaya systems. i understand a lot of what is in the system administrator guide, granted there are some terms that are foreign to me. my question is where can i get a programming manual, since they have lost theirs and how does the toshiba call routing and auto attendant features work?
