I am considering picking up the Toshiba line due to a number of frustrations i am currently experiencing with my current product line (4 of my competitors picked up the same product line). One of my main concerns is the dealer support. How do you guys like Toshiba, both the product and the tech and sales support?

the tech support has it's good days and bad day's. Mostly good. The product is very reliable, the new line of CTX works well but has it's problems.SOFTWARE, the voicemail products are good, but you loose a few hard drives now and then. Service Contracts are money makers. You may want to look into TELCO for dearlership, less money and still get into national accounts.call me if you have more questions.
