After some searching I found them a t www.refurbsupplies.com - haven't changed enought to form a statistical sample, but they seem to be holding up fine.

I order mine from www.comtechphones.com, it comes 25 to a box and is made from Page Industries, which with my 8 years experience is the best hookswitchs.
