I just bought a DK40i with a 4 port Flash to use at my office. Can not get the Flash to come up. Connected to the serial port and watched the boot process. The point at which it blows up is in the autoexec.bat when it tries to execute this line:
@if exist C:\RCPT\START.BAT goto nor

This is what it does:
CRC error reading drive C
Abort, Retry, Fail?

The RCPT directory is corrupt. I can cd to it but if I try to list it I get the same CRC error.

Here is a DIR of the "C drive":
COMMAND COM 28,885 09-26-1999 4:30a
AUTOEXEC BAT 2,725 06-27-2000 11:52a

Ok, SSPHONE looked at two units and his do not have that directory. Would someone else be open to taking a look to see if you have a flash that has the RCPT directory. And if so can I get a copy of the directory and it's contents?

Thanks,
Robert
