Does anyone know the step by step method to changing the display name for this phone? Toshiba DKT 2010-SD.
I know the code is Intercom #621. But I can't figure out how to change to the letters I need. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I don't know how to do it with the phone, but..
If you have a CTX system and the WinAdmin software it is very easy. You connect your pc with the WinAdmin software to the CTX, connect with the software, go into station, assignements, put in the extension, and change the name field.
