I'm using a Strategy VM system.
When users use their DND button, calls don't go to their VM greeting they go to the system busy greeting. I know this can be set to a custom message, but I want to just turn this off.
I saw in the admin software a place that is supposed to turn it off, but it doesn't. Is there a way I can turn this off?
