They are all hard when you are starting out. I had trouble with the TIE Businesscom years ago. And the Mitel SX series Analog...WOW! I have been working on Toshibas since '98 and can program a full-blown DK40 in about 20 minutes. The new CTX uses a windows based package that is very easy via IP.
