I have a particular extention in my company, that if the person is on the phone and I call her line, it just rings and rings forever, the voicemail never picks up.
I'm running a Strata DK-16

You have to Call Forward No Answer the extension to Voice Mail. Then if she does not answer, the call will go to her mailbox. ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net
