I am putting this out here because it is by far the most visible location.
I need to locate a choke or a drain circuit that I will be using on POTS. The line's ac voltage is too high and it is causing problems on the pbx. The problem is the LEC says they wont touch it because it is within specs.
If you are the electronic circuit type and have a schematic for one I can built that would be fine too.
