Is there any other way to get a loud bell going on a DKT-2xxx phone without using the HHEU2 module, HESB speaker, HESC-65A cable and HACU-120 Power Supply?

Yes, there is, Marv. It is a Viking PA-2A. It clips on the leads of the speaker in the phone, and is powered by a small transformer. Kit includes a pretty rugged speaker, too.

So I guess I could use any paging amp (or powered speaker) clipped to the speaker. I'd have to turn off the handsfree or the whole warehouse would here the conversation.

Or an slt port wired to a bell or electronic ringer. Then give the slt the extension number of that dkt , give the dkt a different extension number, and put the slt appearance on a button on the dkt. Now, when you call the extension, both the dkt and the bell will ring and you can keep the handsfree feature.

PHDN might work. Thanks for the input. Is there a way to tie the relay on a PIOU or PEPU to a PDKU port?

If you need the loud bell tied to a specific extension, the PA-2A is the way to go. If it's for general paging or ring over page, try the Page Industries PI-DKT.
