Hello.

The Idcs 100 won't boot up and I have slowly replaced every part on that with no luck.

I am wondering what other steps can I take to get this working? Does anyone have a copy of the OS that I can try to upload directly to the MCP?

I think this is the only possible thing left to try.

Thank you

This is usually one of 2 things. The power supply which will show a bulging capacitor (s) at the top right side of it or yes the system is corrupted.
Do you know the software level, because corruption was a known problem and an upgrade to 4.93 was required to prevent this from happening.

Thank you for the response.

The capacitors on the power supply are not bulging and just for good measure, I replaced the power supply but still will not boot. I also tested the power supply on a voltmeter and everything is normal.

System is from 2006 so I don't think it has the 4.93 or above firmware? I even replaced the MCP with a used one and it still has the same problem. Maybe because the software on the replaced MCP was corrupted too with the same problem.

Do you think I could get a copy of that 4.93 firmware to get the system up and running?

I appreciate your help.

If the system is corrupt then you need to reload the software through the sio port.To do that you will need a cable that you will have to make.
Sorry the corruption problem was with the OS7030 system not the 100 but the 100 can corrupt.
