We have a Strata system installed but do not have a way to manage our VM remotely (after-hours). If I call in during the day, I can have our receptionist transfer me to extension 850 (access Strategy) punch in my extension and password and I have full access to manage my VM. After hours, however, the automated attendant picks up and allows me to leave a voice mail message in any of the 15 extensions, but I can't get through to manage my mailbox. Is there some setting I should change in eManager, is there some key combination I should use when greeted by the automated attendant to get "backdoor" access to the VM system? We have to be able to manage our VM while on the road after-hours. The rest of the system works great, but this is driving us crazy!
