short version: we have 6 lines, all through our CIX. line 6 we use just for fax. currently, when we dial 9 from a phone or fax machine, it starts with line 6 and goes down to 1. We need to have only the fax machine pick up L6 when it dials 9, and all the phones pick up starting with 5 and going down when it dials 9. I have emanager and have done a little programming, is this something I could do or should I talk to our vendor? thanks!!!
