You have three trunks 014, 0XX, 0XX that are assigned in 39 to appear on phones 290, 291, 292 and 249.
You have PhDN 514 assigned as a button on 290, 291, 292 and 293.
Do you have CF/NA set to answer on 290, 291, 292 and 249?
At the owner phone (don't know which one) you did a CF/NA to [what vm box]?
In *71 you are putting in 514 after Spkr?
And you are lighting up the CORRECT port number after #?
If 290 was port 090 it would be button eleven on the FIFTH group of buttons. If 291 it would be button twelve on the FIFTH group of buttons.
If you were using a laptop it would be easier to see.
