014, 015 and 018 can all ring the same PhDN 514 so you don't need PhDN515 and PhDN 518.
Trunks 014, 015 and 018 all appear on 290, 291, 292 and 249 in 39, Correct?
PhDN 514 is CF/NA to some mailbox using the PhDN button on owner phone 290.
You don't have any 81 ringing on any phone, you have *71 ringing the PhDN 514 on 290, 291, 292 and 249, you must lite up the correct ports, the program manual is not super helpful.
Please understand that you are assigning the lines to appear on buttons on the four phones in 39. You are assigning PhDN 514 to appear on a button on the four phones in 39.
You are assigning ringing to the phantom PhDN 514 NOT to the phone. You are call forwarding PhDN 514 using the PhDN 514 button on the owner phone 290.
You are assigning ringing to PhDN 514 in *71 by going the port number and turning on the lite. Port 000 would be the button 1 in the first group of twenty ports. Port 022 would be button three in the second group of twenty ports. Port 049 would be button ten in the third group of twenty ports. Does this make it easier?
You are assigning line FLASHING [when ringing] to the buttons on the phones in *81. This has nothing to do with ringing.
Remember you are assigning line appearances to buttons on the phones, you are assigning ringing to the phantom 514 NOT to the phones.
