Yes, the SPI issue is most common with Lynksys Routers, specifically the newer versions, where you can't turn it off. We went through that phase of understanding the first few days of the install.

I use OptOnline/Cablevision personally as well and have found it to be amazing. The phone literally never disconnects. It probably helps that the badwidth of the recieving system is also coming from the same carrier.

I have a few more tests to do and then I will let you know if changing the FB11 setting to manual solves the problem.
