vzveteran Member Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 40 Hewitt ,nj,usa	Are you in a office complex? if so you might want to change the house/riser prs feeding the demarc,thus eliminating a local tap.You could also tell your dial tone provider that you need the underground and aerial prs changed.(street side)That should nail it.
