Have you experienced this issue again RWK? I have been having alot of my sites (not setup with QSIG) that are having this issue. Callers call in and they are not able to hear anyone but the Toshiba phone user can hear the caller. I have also had this issue on internal DKT to DKT calls as well. Did you ever resolve your issue?
