First of all thanks for looking, I have a few questions about Hunt Groups, If a customer calls into our customer service department ( 3 Users) and the main extension for the user is busy (ext 100) for example I am going to assume that the purpose of the hunt will roll the call to the next extension in the group say ext 101, 102 and so on, One of my questions is Where will the call end up if no one picks up? Will it go to the original entered ext VM? (ext 100) Currently we do not have a hunt group set up we are just forwarding the call using the #6041 funtion This is not working out for us to well and I need to create a hunt group . Please forgive the novice questions but due to the economy and some Changes around here this has all fallen on me and I know nothing about the system ( learn as I go type thing) So I will have many more questions
Thanks for any help
