You may want to take a look at these:
Wiremold thingies For VGA you may want to get a pair of baluns, I think the Hubbell VGA jack is pass-through, which means you be stuck with bulky VGA cable.
VGA balun I've used the previous model which needs STP, and it works just fine. You can use UTP with this one according to Muxlabs.
