I am having difficulty getting a STARPLUS 1224 EX to access external Centrex features using the "flash" key. It doesn't appear to be sending the "flash break" to the CO. I have accessed the features using a regular phone (butset) upline from the KSU and it works fine. I have adjusted the flash time length and it doesn't seem to help. The manual isn't giving me the answer I need. Any ideas?

There really isn't to much to it, set it to your co providers flash time, you have to program it on a per line basis. ------------------ | A trusted site for years | System Documents
