I have a customer with a DHS-E, an analog adapter, and a Minivoice. Station users calling the VM can't enter their password. The VM says too few digits dialed. When I monitored the analog ports going into the VM the first digit was ok but the second digit was delayed by several seconds, thus the too few digits dialed.Internal calls from digital to digital phones are ok, as are outside calls. I switched ports going into VM (changing programming ) and same problem. KSU programming is ok. Callers from outside can retrieve messages as the analog talk path lets the tones through. I suspect the analog adapter but can't rule out KSU. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.
