Forum guidelines prohibit us from offering step by step instructions when it involves trained administrator programming items. It also makes no sense to give it away for free when this is how many of us make our living. However, from previous posts, you seem to have an admin manual and if you are willing to take full responsibility for any undesirable database changes, I can offer these suggestions.

Depending on what type of line you have, you may be looking at either CO PreSet Forward, DID Route Table Assignments and/or individual Station Busy/NoAns Fwd timers. None of this information is readily available to the end user so unless you are proficient in this system programming, you should contact your dealer or request direct help from those of us who who have paid the price to become trained on this system.
