I have PF inskin at one site that is having some strange issues. At first it was a couple of boxes giving "box is full contact sys administrator" prompts. I also had one box that would not respond after entering a password. I ran an error reprot using the admin program and found some corrupted vm message folders. Dave at tech support and I worked on this....we could not delete the bad files so we renamed them and created new ones (folder 0 in the message storage directory) This fixed the problem but now the system appears to not be taking any messages. You can "leave" one but it never shows up in the box and there is no light or any other indication that there is a message. The customer says there is no error showing up on the monitor plugged into the system.
Any ideas for what could be going on? The customer's IP person is going to run the correct chkdsk program for embedded XP after hours. Hopefully this will tell us something.
