Was wondering if anyone here has any documention on which memory blocks / minimum software level on any of the 48/192/IPK KSU's from NEC on how to go about programming the proper PRI Clock Slip timing to match the T1.
Example:
In the field if you try to dialup to a NEC KTS that utilizes PRI trunks, if you get sporadic baud rate connections, random disconnects, etc, then this is due to the PRI Clock Slip timing not matching the telco.
Someone showed me where this was before in the past but I am looking for this information once again. Once you rectify the PRI Clock Slip timing, no more phantom disconnects and the modems always synch at the same speed.
PS - I looked at the Progman_7(Electra Elite 48192 Programming Manual - Issue 7 (S8000)).pdf and it's not defined. I think it's hidden. Either that, or I am blind!
Thanks!
