I had someone request service on a NEC Elite 192. They said that they had a phone that was not ringing. I initially thought that the phone was forwarded. But if they dial the phone internally it will ring. It is when the extension is dialed from VM that it does not. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Check the Voice mail thhey may have accidently changed the call transfer destination from their extension to something else.

I really like it when someone sets thier message delivery to tier work phone to on and it goes into a continous loop......
