We installed this software in April and I have received this same error almost daily since: "App Link 32-bit iMS Communications Server," which crashes the ACD monitoring software. My provider can't seem to find a solution, nor can NEC. The ACD server solution runs on a different PC than the monitoring software. I'd appreciate any ideas to solve this problem.

When you look through windows event monitor does it show any more information about where the error is occurring.
