Does anyone know anything about ACD Navigator on a Unix OS? Specific Problem: ACD Client stops working and get a Socket Error message. Happens about once a day.

I thin the maximm is 30 ??? Cheers.

Are you getting this message on the monitor connected directly to the Unix box itself? Upper left hand corner?
If so, you are losing connection to the switch. Check your cabling/hubs between the Navigator and the PBX.
