My distributor's tech couldn't help me with this so I hope this forum can. What settings are needed to create a submenu from the main call attendant script? E.g., "Press 6 for a departmental listing", then 6 takes the caller to a list of departments with transfers to specific extensions for each. I'm not getting this to work so I must be missing something. Thanks.

The INTRAMAIL setup guide that came with the vm has your answer on the first 2 pages. You should have received a big fat envelope with user guides a cdrom (makes a great frisbee), and quick setup guides.
HINT: Main mailbox is 000

That is setup in DAT programming. Make DAT 1 digit 6 GOTO say call routing mailbox 001. Assign DAT 2 to mailbox 001 and configure the digits you want.
