Use call forward off premise through each extension. These are the only to options you have. AA ext transfer or set call forward on ext. </font>
Really - they don't tie up any lines. If someone calls from outside, they can press a single digit to be transfered outside the system. I have it set up to essentially do a three-way conference call, and then disconnect, leaving the two parties connected.
