I just switched from BellsouthDSL to Adelphia Powerlink I have 3 computers and a NEC Dterm VOIP going through a D-Link wireless router.
If the computers are up no VOIP If the VOIP boots up first no computers
Now I take this as the router not sharing an IP address.
Does anyone have a soulation? Joe

What is the IP addresses of the computers? The Phone? Are they using DHCP for address sharing? How is the phone connected to a wireless router? What is the model number of the router? Do you have a lot of experience configuring IP addresses?
